The Tradition

For generations, The family of Don Elias Robles has been making tequila from the precious Blue Agave Cactus. Using the traditional methods for growing and harvesting that have been passed down by generation, the agave is cared for until only the best plants are selected to become Don Elias Premium Tequila. In 2004 Joaquin Robles, honoring his late father, created a brand to honor the 84 year old legacy tequila recipe his grandfather started.

Joaquin Robles, the president of Don Elias Premium Tequila, introduced four different classifications of Don Elias. Blanco(Silver), Reposado, Anejo, and Extra Anejo. Each flavor is distinct and unique as additional aging steps and methods influence and allow each flavor to bring out different tastes.

From the fresh taste of the pure agave tequila of Don Elias, to the rich, smooth flavor added by over three years of aging in French Wine Casks and bourbon whiskey barrels of Don Elias Extra Anejo. We are more than positive there is a flavor of Don Elias that will make you fall in love.
