For generations, The family of Don Elias Robles has been making tequila from the precious Blue Agave Cactus. Using the traditional methods for growing and harvesting that have been passed down by generation, the agave is cared for until only the best plants are selected to become Don Elias Premium Tequila. In 2004, Joaquin Robles, honoring his late father, created a brand to honor the 84 year old legacy tequila recipe his grandfather started.

Blanco

Our Blanco; The Blue Agave in its purest form. Clear and unaged, where the true flavors and intensity of the agave are present, while allowing the natural sweetness to be enjoyed.

Reposado

Our Reposado Tequila is the first stage, known as “rested” or “aged”. This tequila is aged for three months. The spirit takes on a golden hue and the taste becomes a balance between the agave and wood flavors. Through the aging process, the tequila acquires a unique flavor from the previous spirit.

Anejo

Our Anejo, after resting for at least one year in barrels that do not exceed 600 liters. This aging process darkens the tequila to a light amber color. The flavor becomes smoother, richer and more complex.

Extra Anejo

Our Extra Anejo, rested in only the highest quality bourbon barrels. Following the same rule as an Anejo. With the extended amount of aging, our tequila becomes much darker; taking on a darker amber color. Becoming so rich in flavor while being extremely smooth and complex.
